About Land and Houses, Bulgaria
We are a combination of Bulgarian and English knowledge brought together by a chance meeting.
The
Bulgarian partner has a wealth of experience in rooting out quality land
for long term investment in the future market and local knowledge in tracking
ownership and converting land usage from unregulated to regulated. A function
which in it’s self can triple investment value over night.
The English partner assists in liaison with English and Bulgarian partners.
This ranges from money transfers to negotiating building projects and marketing our services.
We don’t litter our site with lots of property that doesn’t exist this is a personnel service and when we know your requirements we will furnish al the information you need.
